Char Kway Teow

Thick rice noodles cooked with seafood or chicken and egg with oyster and soya sauce.

Nasi Goreng

Wok fried with chicken or seafood topped with egg and accompanied with satay sticks.

Udang Sambal

Prawns cooked in a thick sambal sauce consisting of garlic, ginger, onion, chilli, tomato and coriander.

Beef Rendang

Tender beef marinated in root herbs and spices with a coconut base.
